Best wishes for a relatively painfree surgery and a speedy recovery. Drink water, WALK, keep getting your protien in, WALK, drink water, WALK!!!! You will be amazed at how much even a little walking will help.

No longer being consumed with the issue of weight...You will no longer have to think about your weight and how it will affect you and what you will do. you will be free of this weight issue for the rest of your life.
