Hi Kim, I'd say don't be nervous but what's the point? I was nervous too! I always say the week before surgery was worse than the week after (for me anyway). Stay positive and keep ONLY positive people around you. Truly. I'm down 100 lbs after 7 months; it's was a great decision for me and I'm sure it will be great for you too. Looks like you have gotten approved after a long battle - just imagine what it will be like not carry around that extra weight - it will help those disks out quite a bit - hang tough!
