I am now 1yr 4mths and I am at 85 pounds it is a struggle but my goal now is to make 100 pounds by Jan 7 this is my appointment. I had given up because I have not had any significant weight lose in a year. But I seen some before and afters on another site and several of the ladies took 2-4 years to lose all of the weight. I guess I need to visit this site more often so that I can stay on track. But I am excited now and can't wait to use the info I have gotten.
