Tyisha, believe it or not, employers will wait for someone who they believe is perfect for the job. I went on an interview the beginning of December for a position in a new company, knowing that I had a cruise scheduled for January 1st-15th. They did not have a problem with waiting for me to get back from my vacation. I couldn't believe it either, but since I started working here, it's been a perfect fit, they're glad they waited, and I am too. Good luck to you.
