Hello Hello Surgery friend how is everthing going.. Well I'm doing well and I would like an update... Please let me know I have thought of you a lot....

Mary-I'm glad you posted, I have been checking your page. I'm happy everything went well. It Sounds like it went REALLY well if you are ready to go back to work. For protien I drink 1/2 real meal mixed with skim milk 2x a day. It is thin and sweet-some may not like it but I thought I'd let you know. Also, I gained 18 pounds in the hosp and have lost that plus 30. It just gets better. Wendy
