Mary - Read your post. Then I checked out your profile. Wow! You have done great! You look so beautiful in your picture. I wish they would put my picture up next to my posts pretty soon. I guess they are very backed up though. I am just starting my journey. I will have lap RNY in early April. I am 46, a single mom and have a BMI of 61. I hope I do well, could you keep me in your thoughts and prayers? I would appreciate any support. Again, great job!

As some of you may know.. Mary started having tummy problems about a week ago. She went to the dr. Monday, after one trip to the Loveland Hospital in an ambulance. The doctor put her back in the Greey Medical Center, and after several tests, learned her small intestine and twisted and herniated. She had surgery Tuesday night, and has been pretty much out of it on morphine until yesterday. I talked with her last night and she's going home on Sat, she hopes. So if you want to check on her in the hospital, she's in room 338.

Mary my dear friend, I cannot begin to tell you HOW PROUD I am of you for doing this.. and now following the very difficult task of making it really work. At this rate you are going to be a knock out come summer in a bathing suit! I love you so much, and I'm sorry my phone calls and postings have not been as often as they SHOULD be... but I hope you know you're ALWAYS in my heart and mind. Friends forever!
