Jeff, here's wishing you a "Happy New Birthday"! I hope that the surgery will provide you all the things you've wished for. I don't think the "big jerk" will return as this is a weight loss tool that is more humbling than fad diets. I certainly wish you luck and am praying for your successful surgery and speedy recovery. Jeff, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine in Minneapolis four months ago, and I have never had a single regret. Fortunately, the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
