Hi Tonia, Congrats on the wonderful weight loss. I had my surgery on the 19th of april and have lost around 80. I wish you much continued success in your journey.

Not even a month out from surgery and down 24 lbs? I don't understand, WHATS NOT TO BE HAPPY ABOUT!! That's a terrific loss and I'm sure more than you've ever experienced over a similar amount of time on a "diet".. Don't be impatient, you are definetely on the right track and doing GREAT!! You should be proud of yourself and your accomplishments and don't beat yourself up over 2 times you "got off track". I am inspired by your journey as I wait for my surgery in July! Be inspiring to yourself, scooby. You deserve it.
