Jenny, I hope your surgery went well without any complications. Just remember I had my surgery June 24, 2003 and at first I thought it was the worse mistake I had ever made. I felt this way for at least 2 months. Once the soreness went away and I started really noticing my clothes getting bigger, I finally was so thankful I had the surgery. Yes, it takes a lot getting use to. They did surgery on the stomach, but the brain will still confuse you with the hungeries. It will all pass. Make sure you use a recliner. I borrowed one from my mom to use for the first month. The incision/staples were easier to handle since you're practically sitting and sleeping upright. My prayers are with you and I hope all goes well. Email me anytime! THanks, Deana Hammond
