Hi Shelly, I grew up in Ida Grove Iowa, which is 1 hour east of Sioux City. I just wanted to give you some support and wish you all the best in your recovery. I had an open done on July 24th and am doing great. The frist couple weeks are rough, but remember that it does get better. I am currently down 35 lbs and going strong. Take care. Krystal
