Hi Pamela! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. - Zen Wisdom! May God keep you close to his side as you travel this new journey. You will have ups and downs. Hi Pamela, Best wishes for your journey. I am another Dr. K patient. I tried to email you but it doesn't seem to be working. The tube you mention is the intubation tube. In most cases they insert it and remove it while you are completely asleep. If you have severe sleep apnea or respiratory problems they sometimes insert it while you are groggy.
