Hello Sandra. I also have my surgery on May 24th, but with Dr. Eagon in St. Louis. I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Vitello and wish you well on your journey to the losing side.----Kim

Hi Sandra. My surgery is the same day. Time is going fast. I hope you are getting everything together fine. I will see you on the other side. I will be looking forward to seeing your up dates. Everything will be fine and I will be saying prayers for us!!! Take care till then.

Sandra- I'm also a patient of Dr. Vitello's and had my surgery at UIC. I'm 5 days post-op now. Tired and still in some pain, but overall doing pretty good. Good luck to you and remember that while the first few days are hard- it does get better!!
