Karen, not a judgemental lecture.... just a hug! You can get yourself back on track, starting with healthy eating. Remember what you learned at the beginning of your journey? Start from scratch..... I think its a great idea to see your PCP, to rule out any problems. When you said you avoided this site, my heart just went out to you. I said "she needs a hug"!!! So here is another! I hope it helps.

Hello Angel: Congrats on your weight loss, whopee!!!!!!! Ihope all is well with you, I am beginning my countdown as of today - 14 days. AHHHHHHH Anxious-Hopeful-Scard-Joyful-Determined all at once. I am wearing the little wristband from AGH, boy that makes it real. All preops are done, looks like I'll be loosing the old gallbladder too (according to the sonogram tech). Karen: I'm having my surgery done in Pittsburgh and would love an angel, if your still offering. Surgery is 8/9/02 at Allegheny General. Who did your surgery? I didn't see any of that kind of info on your profile. Hope to hear from you soon.
