RE-evaluate your eating (I think you said you are doing so) are you getting in your water???? Also if its that time of month could you be retaing water? Maybe start a food journal to SEE what you are eating and WHATCH those carbs! Don't freak out yet, you are just starting and can get back on track with the weight loss! Jamie

Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing.
