It is by the grace of God that we have made it to this point in our journey to a healthier more active lifestyle. I pray God directs the thoughts and hands of your surgeon . I pray for a surgery procedure with no complications as well as a speedy recovery. This is an exciting time in our lives. As of Wednesday we shall share a birthday together. God bless……Mary Smith

Hello Gail - Your second chance to "live" life again is almost here, <b>Congratulations!!!!</b> My prayers and best wishes are with you as you take the first steps down the path to a healthier and thinner you. My second chance was almost 9 months ago, I've lost 150lbs - only 50 more to goal!!! I look forward to reading the "updates" to your profile as your journey progresses. Dont forget to walk, walk, WALK right after surgery, no matter how tired you are......AND get your protein and water in daily, lots and lots of both, your health depends on it. Hi Gail, I know you must be nervous right now (I am and my surgery is 12 days after yours). Try to relax and think of how much better we will feel when we have the weight off and are so much healthier. I hope you have an uneventful surgery and quick recovery. God Bless. Maria
