Whoa! Judi, my prayers are sent ASAP for your daughter...Hope the test all come back well and they find a simple treatable problem to get her well! So scary when children are sick...my nephews are getting over strep/pneumonia/thrush I feel so bad for my sister...she is exhausted.It is not easy when you know the problem I couldn't imagine being in your shoes. Hi Judi: I know what it is like to have a child with a chronic ilness. There is a difference though, my son is 31. He is in kidney failure and will need a transplant. Doesn't hurt any less just cause he is older though. HE IS STILL MY BABY. I will keep you and your daughter in my prayers and hope that all goes well for her and say a couple for my son. Lots of love from a WLS friend for LIFE! -

HI JUDI..I AM A PATIENT AT ST VINCENTS (CLEVEND CENTER FOR BARIATRICS SURGERY)..DR BEN-MEIR IS MY SURGEON AND HE DOES THAT LAP RNY..THEY HAVE AND AWESOME WEBSITE (WHEN ITS WORKING)..I AM STILL WAITING ON A SURGERY DATE..I HAVE THE APPROVAL AS OF LAST FRIDAY..I HAD MY CONSULT ON 2/5/03..I FEEL LIKE I'VE WAITED FOREVER TO GET TO THE END...IF YOU WANT ANYMORE INFO LET ME KNOW TRISH

Judi, My heart broke for you as I read your recent post. I'm praying that your husbands words no longer are able to wound you. I'm so sorry that he doesn't show his love for you in the right way. I'm sure it's there in his heart, it just gets all screwed up when he opens his mouth. Guys can be real jerks, trust me, I know, I am one. Your friend, Mike
