Just spoke with Tracy She is doing great. Passsed her swallow test up walking around taking fluids. She sounded great! I am so proud of her. She is on her way to a leaner her ! Keep up the great work!

If you are anything like me, I know how nervous you might be. I go for surgery two days before you on the 20th. Remember, there is alot of support on this site if you ever need to talk to anyone who has gone through the same emotions we are about to face. I will prayer for all of us so we will have no complications, and we all loose the weight we want. Good luck with your surgery, and God Bless

Tracy, It has been a long hard road for you to get to your surgery. You are 7 short days from the start of a brand new life. Remember that YOU are the most important person in your life. you have already accomplished so much in becoming a more healthy and happy person. Dr Q is a wonderfully skillfull surgeon, and you will be fine. I am sending you all the love and prayers that you sent me, and I will be thinking of you on your rebirth day!!!

Hi Tracy, Best wishes on your upcoming surgery!! I remember how happy, nervous, scared and excited I was just before mine. It is the best thing you can do for yourself, it is hard in the beginning but you'll do GREAT! You're in my thoughts and prayers....hugs!
