Tamara, I sincerely hope from the bottom of my heart that the surgery went well, and that you have nothing but easy times ahead. I know that in the world of WLS easy times can sometimes be tricky. But just think of how much better and easier things will be once the weight comes off. From what I hear, EVERYTHING is easier. I can't wait for my surgery. May God bless and keep you safe.

Tamara~~ Here's to a quick happy recovery. Remember to walk, walk, walk, drink, drink, drink and cough, cough, cough. Use the incentive spirometer not matter how much you hate it. Many prayers sent your way. You can do it! God Bless us each and everyone.

Tamara, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine in Minneapolis last November 2000, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
