Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. I hope that all went well for you! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 81 pounds!!! Good luck!

Hi Debbie, I'd say don't me nervous but what's the point? I was nervous. I think the week before surgery was harder than the week after just because of my nerves. My nervousness was for nothing, everything went fine. My recovery was uneventful and I was back to work in three weeks (desk job). I'm a bit over 7 months out and down 103 lbs from 287. It was a good decision for me. Keep it positive this week. Here's hoping all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. Best wishes,
