Richard is upbeat and is expected to be transferred to the regular surgical ward today. They are working hard to keep up with pain management and getting him mobile. He said he wants everyone to know he is praying for them and is curious about how everyone who had surgery the same day is doing. I will be visiting him again on Monday or Tuesday evening.

Richard is still in ICU and still sleeping a lot. I am going to visit him this evening, and will take your well-wishes to him.
