Hi Karie: I to am going to have wls at OSU med center with Dr. Needlemen. I had my psych eval with a local guy from Wooster. The first day was the evaluation (just asked some questions),the second time was to take the 100 question true/false test, and the third visit I was charged for but did not see him was for him to write the letter. i saw the dietician at OSU she was very nice.
