Best of luck with your surgery. I will have ya in my prayers for a painfree and speedy recovery. ****Loving Father, I entrust my AMOS friend to your care this day; guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in your Name, and grant that every cause of illness be removed, I may be restored to soundness of health and learn to live in more perfect harmony with you and with those around them. Through Jesus Christ. Amen.*** ~~T

Hi Sheila, I'd say don't be nervous but heck, I was. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went very well. For me, the week before surgery was worse than the week after just because of those pesky nerves. Right after surgery, I was more sore than in pain; nothing that can't be handled. Remember to keep it positive. That means only positive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed and will drain you of your well-deserved confidence. Keep your eye on the prize: better health. I hope all your weight-loss dreams come true,
