I have been going through the lists at obesityhelp.com and am advising Everett & other local residents of the next two WLS Support Group meetings. First of all, I'd like to mention that our meetings are very informal (at least, for now) and come-as-you-are, wherever you are in your journey. The meetings are scheduled for Mondays, 11/10/03 and 12/8/03 at 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Everett Public Library - Evergreen Branch. Lisa, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. Best of luck Amy. This May will be my 1yr ann. I have lost 114 lbs so far. I hope your surgery goes well and your recovery is quick.
