Valerie, Congrats to you an such an awesome loss!! I too was a Super MO and when I posted my before pics I just posted the truth...never did anyone know what I weighed. I knew that I looked bad and I felt horrible. Before surgery I had a hard time reading how gross the 200 pounders where when I was double that weight. It took me a while to realize that regardless of how obese one is we all still go through the same feelings of looking and feeling bad. As a group we are all hard on ourselves and I can see how that could be discouraging to many other people. Maybe one day in our world obesity will not be considered...gross and nasty but viewed as the medical killer that it truely is. Best of wishes on your journey.. KimmieTN - 242 lbs.
