Tamara, I am 10mos post-op and my hair has been falling out for about 5mos. It has slowed down and my hairdresser recomended Nioxin shampoo. I have been using it for a week. I think it is working. Everyone says the hair loss will stop eventually and it will grow back. I feel your pain. I have thin baby fine hair so the loss is a big deal but hard to get upset when I am a size 10 and 19 lbs. from goal!! Best wishes!

Tamara, I started out at 387 and had my surgery on 12/19/02. Have only lost 50# and am 2 months out. I am currently on a plateau, and am quite frustrated. Good luck and congratulations on your weight loss. If you ever need to talk, email me and I would love to share stories with you.
