Kim- I too am going thru Kaiser. And I agree that the weight managment & lifestyle managment classes are helpful. From all that I have read you have a great surgeon and Pacafic Bariatric is one of the best groups on the west coast. You were smart to exercise and drink your protine in advance. I bet you will recover and loose weight quickly. Be sure to take pictures and update your online profile often.One profile I read said she would look back on the pictures and her journal when she got discouraged or was at a plateau. I will be praying for you. Enjoy!

Hi Kim~~ Im having surgery with Dr Leo Murphy on the 19th. Isnt he just wonderful. Very great bed side manner such a sweetheart. I feel very comfortable knowing he is doing my surgery. God Bless you on your journey to the losing side Much Love Debra~~
