Congratulations Fellow 3rd Anniversary Celebrator!!! If you are like me, time has just flown by and I have been so busy living life instead of worrying about just surviving that I completely forgot about my anniversary. It's hard to believe that 3 years have passed by. I hope you are doing well and are enjoying all that life has to offer. Peace!!!

You are NOT a failure! You've accomplished an enormous weight loss and maintained - and the odds of that happening without WLS are next to none. We're all so into the big "goal weight" deal - and watching one another to see when the next person hits it. It's so unhealthy! You have done an outstanding job and you look beautiful. You are also certainly more healthy for all of the effort! Take care!

Jonna, congratulations on your awesome weight loss, it sounds like you are doing great! Don't worry about the plateau, they happen. This is a time for your body to rest and to let your mind catch up with your new image. Oddly enough, its during the plateaus that our bodies shrink and we lose inches. I don't know how its possible but its happened to me so many times that I'm now a believer! Keep up your proteins and your water and your weight loss will catch up! You need your proteins so please don't fast! Hugs!
