Hi! I enjoyed reading about your "journey", as Dr. Tilquist will be my surgeon, too. I live 10 minutes from his office. How are you doing? I know what you mean about it being hard to get family support; everyone thinks you can still do it with diet/exercise, despite watching you fail miserably for decades! What did you think of the staff at Swedish and Dr. Tilquist? I'm rooting for you as you start your new life -

Dear Tamara, I am praying for your speedy recovery and know you will be just fine! I'm from Colorado too and had my surgery about three months ago. I am really happy with the results so far and am sooooooo happy to be alive! I know you will be happy with things soon. God Bless,
