Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side for a month now. I hope that all went well for you! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 81 pounds!!! Good luck!

How excited you must be on your up coming journey. It will change your life forever. It will be one of the most exciting and healthful things you could ever do for yourself or your family. I know it was a positive step for me. Remember you will have some ups and downs. Your AMOS family is here to support you when you need us. Keep us posted on your progress.
