Hi Niki, Way to go 110lbs. loss in just 6 months, you are doing great!!! Welcome to the Century club!! I'm so proud of you, I was worried there for awhile but you pulled through, now just keep up on the healthy food and vitamins oh yeah and don't forget the exercise, I'm gonna have to start beating the men off you with sticks, man my work is never done sheesh. talk later your angel Krista

Hi Nikki :) Saw your post in Coastal's OH forum and wanted to say congrats on your 100 lb weight loss. How are you doing with your vitamins? Can you do protein shakes to up your protein and calories? Hope this helps and sending hugs! Caroline

Hi Quintel! Congrats on your 60 lb loss in just a short 2 months! What a wonderful weight loss! Hope your 3rd month postop brings with it a better eating experience. I also had a really hard time getting and keeping most foods down during my 2nd month. It is a steep learning curve figuring out the difference between hungry/satisfied/full, learning to eat slowly and chew enough. And it is a lot of trial and error figuring out what foods our bodies will now tolerate. Hugs :) Caroline, LAP RNY 5/2/03, -191 lbs so far
