From one Tina to another- I think you are doing great. I would bet it is because you are putting on muscle that you lost a 1/2 lb this week. The muscle weighs more, but it will help speed up your metabolism and I bet you really start showing some good results in a week or two. Keep doing the positives and it will come off. I know plateaus are hard. I live by my scales, but I try to fight it.

Tina, I am so happy for you and know you will do great! I just had my surgery 5/1/02 and it was painless for me. I was very lucky to have such great doctors. It helps to have a positive attitude also. Don't hesitate to email if you have any questions. My best to you.
