Hey...glad your appt. went well and that you are MELTING away! : ) Yipppeee! I am so happy for you! I struggle with making the right food choices too....esp. because I can tolerate just about anything...PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN....are you drinking any protein shakes or drinks??? I have tried a few....dont like any of then but the Atkins brand and they are $2 a can.....way to espensive for me!!! I need to find another brand I like..... I iwll let ya know my "results" on the 10th! xxoo Becca

Alisia has made it to the "loosing" side, wheeeee! I was able to speak to her for a few minutes this evening. She said it wasn't what she expected and had very little pain. She sounded great! I only hope I do as well.
