For your sore throat, there is a natural zinc tablet people suck on - I think they're available everywhere, but the pharmacist or health food store person would know what it is. Supposed to be miraculous. Good luck!

Debi~ you sound alot like me. The "Real Meals" make me sick to my stomasch also. I have two boxes just sitting around. I am using 'Designer Whey' It comes in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and I buy mine at a health food store here in Indy called "Trader Joe's". I have seen it at lots of other places too. Like GNC. If you have ever had a "Detour" protein bar,this is the same company. I can handle it. I use 12 ocs 1%milk, 2 ice cubes and 1 1/2 scoops of protein mix. That gives me 36 grams of protein , plus the milk. I'm sure this would be something you could handle. Give it a try. Hugs!& GOOD LUCK

You just hang in there girl.... saw your post and your body is trying to readjust. Don't stop walking and drinking water and protein. great to hear you aren't having any complications *hugs* keep posting... I was approved and we are discussing revision dates now... in May. :o)
