Mary, this is in response to your question I tried to email you directly but it didn't work. i know exactly what you are talking about. I am also almost 2 years out and I swear I only eat because I have to. It feels like a brick in my stomache when I eat and most times it is down right painful. I have been put on Darvocet for the pain I have to crush the pills my pcp doesn't seem to know about any liquid pain killers. I take the pain meds for muscle spasms that I have daily. Noone seems to know why I have them, a million tests and no answers. However through the testing I have now been told that I have acid reflux and gallstones. So know they are deciding if they are going to take my gallbaldder out or not. I have no symptom of either condition. I have been on five different muscle relaxers until my wls doctors said I could not take them any more and told the pcp I could only take darvocet and percocet. Turns out that muscle relaxers can destroy my stomache. I just wanted you to know you are not alone. I haven't been on this site in a while I am glad that i went on tonight because now I know that I am not the only one that has this problem I was starting to think there was something wrong with me. Well if you want to talk more here is my e-mail: [email protected]. I hope things get better for you. Maria
