Jenny, congratulations on the weight loss so far. Don't feel bad, some people are just slow losers. Stop beating yourself up, before you know it you will have dropped more weight than you can keep up with. Remember you didn't put it on in one day. Relax and keep up the good work. You would have something to complain about if you didn't loose any weight. Best wishes to you as you continue on your journey.

Jenny, I too had this problem for about the first several weeks. I began to drink juice (100% no sugar added mixed 50/50 with water). This helped some. But really I'm now 11 weeks out and not having this problem as often. Still not like it was before surgery but not so miserable. Hopew this helps. Jamie

Jenn, Thank you for all of your thoughtful tips, some of the things are so practical that I would have never though of them, and that is ad b/c I am a nurse, but you get so nervous that you forget to think...i am sorry to hear about some of the bad treatment that you got....I feel like i can really relate to you b/c I ahve been through chilhood obesity myself and I know what it feels like to have this booming personality that no one listens to b/c you are fat...and b/c we are the same age...Well I hope to keep in touch with you as I begin this process.. In all things Remember, that the one above loves you, that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you, that you be given strength, endurance, love, peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room, know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Happy soon to be ReBirthday.
