ANGEL UPDATE!!!! Well, Robin came up "missing in action" yesterday at the hospital! In reality, she had just moved to a private room - but the nurses had her "back in surgery.." or "well...are you family?" GAWD! I talked to her today, and she still has pain, but not near as much as yesterday or the day before. Passed the leak test - said the stuff she had to swallow was probably the nastiest stuff she's ever had!! And what's with all the "blue stuff" all over her? She has been up and walking 3 times yesterday and 3 times today - so thats a good sign. SHe is a little trooper. (As long as she doesn't walk off!) SHould get home Sat... if they don't lose her that is...

YEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! You did it!!! Congratulations are in order. Do what the Dr. Tells you, and i'll be praying for a speedy recovery!!!!!!

ANGEL UPDATE!!!!!! Robin came thru just FINE!!!! I just left her at the hospital I went to see her at Medical City Hospital this afternoon. She is on some major drugs, and had some pain - but that is to be expected. They ended up doing an OPEN procedure because her liver was in the way, or some such thing. ANYWAYS - SHE IS IN MORPHINE HEAVEN. She was kind of tired so I didn't stay long, but I had promised her I would be there. She will be sore for a few days, but SHE MADE IT!!!!!! Leo & Debra (Dr. H.'s office) said the operation went without a hitch. YEAH!!!!!!

Robin is scheduled for surgery on TUESDAY!! Please stop by her profile page to wish her a speedy recovery! Robin you are going to be just fine! Dr. H. is a wonderful doctor and you are in good hands. God watches over all of us and hears our prayers. (Now.....if he can just hear my little insurance request prayer..) Sorry, had to plug that one in. See you tomorrow at Papasitos in Dallas!!!

Robin, We share the same surgery date. I will make a deal with you. I believe in the power of prayer also, so you pray for me and I will pray for you. You know what the bible says if 2 or more agree on any one thing he will be in the middle of it. (of course that is my version) I guess we will keep him busy on the 26th. God Bless and I will keep you in my prayers.

Please stop by Robin's surgery page and wish her well!! She is VERY nervous about her surgery scheduled for 6/26 with Dr. Horrilleno in Dallas. There are a bunch of us that are going to meet (ok...at a restaurant...) on Sat. to give her a send-off. Robin is really sweet, and she needs our encouragement. Thanks!!! Helen
