Kathryn, Thank you for posting your story. I am at the very beginning of my journey. I have decided to have the surgery. I found out that my insurance covers it and will meet with my PCP tomorrow. I also have two children and worry about them in reguards to what I am about to do. How did you explain your choice for surgery to your children?
