Joseph, I had my surgery with Dr. Brody 2 weeks ago. We have the same starting weight. I feel fine. No pain. A little discomfort at times but for the most part everything is good. I wish you luck. Everything will go well. Dr. Brody is an excellent surgeon -- a man of few words, but he knows what he's doing. If your leak test is successful they will give you "food", make sure you read the labels of your juice and other things as they did accidentally give me a regular popsicle and if I hadn't read the ingredients I may have had a dumping experience. Also, they won't let you walk until the next day but you may have to prod them to let you get up and walk around to get the uncomfortable gas out. Good luck!
