Pat had her surgery on 12-2-02 and came through it like a champ! She is doing really well and has no pain or anything. I saw her yesterday and today and she was getting ready to go home! She says she feels great and will post when she has a chance. She really looked good and has been walking all around the hospital. Write her, I am sure she will be happy to hear from you!

Hi Pat! You are on your way!! I know this is a scary and exciting time for you. You are going to do just fine!!! Just think, You are starting a journey that only a few travel. You should be very proud of yourself. I am proud of you!!!! Think of some of the new things you will be able to do like take a long bike ride, get on a amusement park ride and not worry if you will fit in the seat, cross your legs and the best of all have the energy to do these things!!!
