Kim, don't be so hard on yourself. Your weight loss this far is so good. Without this tool could you have said that you lost over 60 pounds in 6 months. I hear that the smaller you are the slower you lose weight, however, I think you are doing wonderful. Best wishes to you as ou continue on your journey.

Kim is finally home. She got home today and she sounds wonderful. She is so glad to be home. She will be on as soon as she feels up to it. Take care everyone. :-)

Hi everyone. I talked to Kim Sunday and she was getting bummed out becase she is still in the hospital. It will be a week today. She also has to why's like most of us have had at first. But I told her that it was normal and it will get better. Please send her some warm wishes so when she comes home she will have lots to read. Thanks to those that have written to her page. This is another update on Kim Shaw. I went and saw her today. She looks wonderful and is doing very well. She was going to get an ultra sound done on her leg sometime today. When she went for a walk she had a shooting burning pain in her calf. They want to make sure she doesn't have a blood clot. She doesn't know yet when she will get to come home. I'll keep you all posted....

Kim Shaw was still in ICU this morning. I did get to talk to her. She is doing great. The nurses tell her she is the model patient. She is suppose to go into a regular room today. I am going to go see her tomorrow. I will update more tomorrow. Until then everyone have a great day!!!

Kim is doing well today. She is still in ICU. I talked to her husband. He said that she was sitting up today. The hospital has a special bed for bypass patients that makes into a chair. She will have the x-rays done tomorrow and hopefully get moved into a regular room. More tomorrow....
