Try to go to a Nutrition health food store and get some flaxseed . I heard from alot people who have had gastric bypass uses the flaxseed to help maintain health hair and nails. You must buy the flaxseed that is kept frigerated in the store prior to you purchasing it. Then you have to put in coffee grinder to grind it up and sprinkle about a tablespoon twice a day either in yogurt or applesauce or protein shake. This can help with the hair loss. I will be starting to use flaxseed next month prior to my surgery.
