I just wanted to offer my support to you. I am pre-op also with a surgery date coming in about 3 weeks. This journey is sometimes hard and tring but it's worth it. It can also be scary. Go to the Black American Message Board on obesityhelp.com. It is a very supportive board. You'll feel part of the family from the start. Von
