I just got back from seeing Di in the hospital and boy does she look great. She feels like she has a bunch of bricks on her chest, but other than that she was talking to me and even joking around a bit. She definately did not let go of the PCA pump (which is how she gets her pain medication by herself.) But her pain seemed to be under control. She did state that her mouth is extremely dry but she was sipping on some ice water and that seemed to help a little bit. Anyway, hang in there Di. You're doing great!!!

Di - My thoughts and prayers are with you. Good luck on your surgery tomorrow. I'll soon be joining you in the ranks of a "looser". I'm so glad that we've met and become surgery sisters.....If there is anything that you need, please don't hesitate to let me know.
