Hi Donna, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because everything went fine. You'll do great. After, I was more sore than in pain. In fact my back hurt more than my incision (go figure) but it was absolutely nothing that couldn't be handled. Best of luck!
