Thanks for your info I too have Scott and White Insurance and have been trying to get all my ducks in a row. April 25 i go for my last Endro.appt. for my 6 months, on that day i also have my Phys.appt. I will be seeing Paulette and Dr Symmonds on May 7. i hope to have the surgery soon after. i have not lost much weight these past 6 months and that bothers me that i may not be considered,If you have any info PLEASE pass on to me.
