Hi Piper, Sounds like you have had a difficult time. It is good to hear you are feeling better and up and able to walk again. Bet you were so happy to be given freedom to drive again too ! Isn't it great to take those short drives? Little things mean alot after adversity, don't they? I am reminded of recent graduation ceremony where the speaker said "O yes, ADVERSITY, it's the breakfast of champions !" We are polished by the times of testing it seems. No wonder you shine. We will be praying for your continued strengthening and return of health... And of course great success to you in your weight loss journey. God bless ya, Mary

I want to say "Piper, I love you and I am so proud of you for being strong through all of this. I am not sure why things happen as they do sometimes( Only God Knows the why's) But there is a reason. Your experience has not only effected you and made you a stronger person, but all of those around you who love you and were with you in our hearts during your time of serious health conditions. The Good Lord has seen you through the strength test and now he knows how much you can handle.. You be ready, Its not an easy time.. YOu will struggle at times, and you will wonder at times "Did i do the right thing?" Yes you did, It's all worth it. You will feel so good within a couple of months Piper that there will be no stopping you. It takes time..Just keep the patience you talked about before surgery. Count on your support group and Family and Friends and Prayers. WE are all here for you.. You are my "Best Buddy" in the world, and i Love you like Family. My complications during my surgery have only made me stronger now, when the little things come up that need dealt with.. This is a True Life Changing Experience.. BE READY! And EnJOY! BEST of LUCK>>:)TC
