I plan to be intentional about eating healthier even reminding myself how obese I was and how certain foods make me feel. I will meal prep and only keep healthier options in my home. I want to become more disciplined and consistent with exercise.

I plan to workout 4 days a week for an hour and a half each day. Targeting my legs, arms, tummy, and buttocks. I also plan to strength train and gain muscle. I'd like to up my protein intake.
