Jake...I have watched you struggle for the past 5 years, and i just want to say that you have come such a long way and i am so happy and proud of you!! You have made mayjor positive changes all the way around and i couldn't be more happy for you. I think i have FINALLY seen you LET GO AND LET GOD!!!
