Bonnie, Girl you are doing great. Cheer up try not to get depressed. You have been blessed. sometimes we have to focus and then realize how blessed we really are. You have come through major surgery and is doing well. hang in there hon. Believe me there will be many days when the scale won't move. or it will even back track. LOL. while I thought I wasn't losing anything, I was losing inches. I've loss 111 lbs in 7 mos. and don't know how in the world I did it. Just follow the rules and have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE. I just got off the phone with Bonnie's hubby and he states that she came through it with flying colors!!! She is in her room now...the same room I was in! I will be going to see her this evening, soooooo I want to see more postings on her site! I want to print this out and take it to her so that she know how much we all are behind her, supporting her. So... get to it!
