CANDY~~ I'm sorry to hear about your situation... So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable

Candy, when all else has failed several members of my support group managed to geht Texas Rehab to pay for their surgery. Does WI have a Rehab group that might assist you?

Candy, I am so sorry to hear about your situation. I will be praying for you. I would contact a legal aid.

October 28th. Dear Candy: I read your post and profile, I'm so sorry you're experiencing such problems in getting wls. I've known others' who have had the same difficulties, and because they were low-income they qualified for legal aid. I suggest you contact your local legal aid; Your co-mobidities qualify you for wls----your life is being threatened, just like with cancer or anyother disease; the insurance co. could not refuse to pay for that! From what I understand, they can only really place a limit on cost. Believe me, wls, is not that costly when it comes to what insurance co. put out for let's say someone having heart bypass surgery. In fact, wls will eventually save them a lot of money. Anyway, please contact your local legal aid; let them know what's happening and be prepared to explain everything to them. I hope this will help. Sincerely, Lori Ann P.S. Please search out those on this website who have had insurance troubles for support and knowledge.

Candy, I don't have an idea right now on how to finance your surgery, but I wanted to offer you encouragement. Don't give up.If you believe in God, tell him all about it in prayer.I'm having to selfpay myself for a portion of my expenses, so I can appreciate what you are going through.Leslie E.
